Customer orders can be created by keying in, scanning, via the B2B web store, or through the Order App. Once added, a demand is set against the items, allowing them to be picked, packed, and dispatched directly.
All related documents are generated and stored in one place for easy access and printing. Once invoiced, the invoice is recorded and can be passed to your accounts package. Purchase Orders are created and tracked through the system, with items logged as ‘supply’ in the stock file.
