Our Production & Garment Tech Portal is a platform that lets you share all your garment specs with suppliers in real-time – from initial sample through size spec, grading spec as well as fabric and trim details.
It speeds up the design and manufacture of your garments in terms of quality, fit and detail
Here’s how it works:
- The solution lets you and your suppliers collaborate securely on one single platform.
- It lets you add garment details and comments as well as images, drawings, and other essentials.
- Once size spec is confirmed, you can seamlessly move on to the grading spec and production can commence.
- It then moves to our Production Portal where each supplier receives a Purchase Order along with quantities, packing instructions, and other relevant details.
- You can then follow the timeline from ‘order accepted’ to ‘waiting for materials’ to subsequent ‘packing’ P.S. Packing list details are entered by the factory: if the quantity varies from the Purchase Order, an approval from you is needed for the factory to take the next step.
By working in real-time on a shared platform with your suppliers, combined with notifications, instant messaging, and email reminders, you can speed up the ‘sample to warehouse’ cycle for all your garments!

Production & Garment Tech Portal
i.LEVEL offers two portals: Production and Garment Tech.
The Garment Tech Portal is about sampling, size specification, grading, and all other specifications such as trimming and packaging, while the Production Portal is about purchase orders, packing, and dispatch by suppliers.
They can be deployed as one or separately.
Overall, the Production & Garment Tech Portal allows your fashion brand to share garment specifications with suppliers in real time, from initial sampling through size specs, grading, and production, including fabric and trim details. It helps ensure smooth and efficient product development across the entire process.
Garment Tech Portal
This solution lets you and your suppliers collaborate securely on a single platform, where you can add garment details, comments, images, drawings, and other essentials.
It is an efficient and time-saving way to get the fit correct. Once size specs are confirmed, you can move on to grading and production.
By working in real time on a shared platform with notifications, messaging, and email reminders, you can speed up the sample-to-warehouse cycle for all garments.
Production (PO) Portal
The purchase order is created in i.LEVEL and, once ready, including any size specs, drawings, and supporting documents, can be sent to the portal with a simple right-click using “Send to Portal”.
The supplier receives a message that a new PO has been placed and can download it with additional documents, either as a PO form or as a text file for translation. The supplier accepts the PO and can move it to “Awaiting Materials” or directly into “In Production”.
Once in production, any changes required by the brand must be accepted by the supplier. When finished, it moves to “Awaiting Packing”, followed by “Packing”, where the supplier creates the packing list within the portal.
The final step is “Shipped”, which includes shipping details and dates, and the warehouse, whether external or in-house, can automatically be advised of ETA.
All the above “statuses” can be followed in i.LEVEL.
